Mailday: I’m Back Ashore!!

Well, I’m finally back ashore. It felt like I was gone much longer than 8 days. Constant drills, lack of sleep, and crazy watch rotations do that to you. But at least I’m back for a few days before I get to go out and do it again in a few short days. So upon my return, I set my sights squarely on my mailbox (of course after kissing the wife). Here’s what was waiting for me:

2007 Bowman Chrome Craig “Buster” Davis Autographed Rookie card.
2007 SP Authentic Legedu Naanee Autographed Rookie card. I’m expecting a breakout season from this guy.
Three 2007 Topps inserts. These are from the LT Touchdowns Tribute that Topps included in their 2007 set. I got cards 21-23. 31 cards in all, each commemorating all of Ladainian Tomlinson’s touchdowns in his record breaking 2006 season. The only beef I have with this insert set is that Topps just used the same picture for every card. The only way to differentiate them is by the touchdown number on each card. How hard would it have been to use a different picture for every card? At least I have another set I can try to complete.
