Charger fans, you remember Jermaine Fazande don’t you? In 1999, with no first round draft pick, General Manager Bobby Beathard decided to use the team’s second round pick on Oklahoma FB Jermaine Fazande. At the time, a lot of draft experts said he was no better than a 6th-7th round pick. Unfortunately for Bobby Beathard, the draft experts were correct in their analysis. He did tanatalize Chargers fans with 183 yards and a TD against the Denver Broncos in the final game of 1999. However, 2000 would be his last year in the NFL as the Chargers would draft some guy named Ladainian Tomlinson in 2001.
Amazingly, Beckett currently lists this autographed card’s value at $8.
